His solutions address the daily challenges faced by restoration professionals & insureds while promoting transparency and efficiency.
Today, David remains deeply committed to raising the bar for functional competency and education in the industry by advocating for an ethical, methodical, and data-driven approach to claims to ensure better outcomes for all—insureds, carriers, and contractors alike. David continues to be focused on conducting comprehensive investigations for all parties as a subject-matter expert, training restoration professionals in documentation processes, and advocating for the Standard of Care within the claim’s environment.
