In early January, Facebook announced major changes are coming to your news feed. The winners are your personal friends and colleagues with whom you are "friends" on Facebook. The losers are business pages, as Facebook will now place greater value on "meaningful interactions" online, rather than news feeds filled with posts from businesses.
However, some of your followers might still WANT to see what you're posting and sharing, right? After all, I know many of you you are smart about your social media posts, and only share high-quality content that draws in engagement! So here is how simple it is for your followers to keep "seeing" what you post. I strongly suggest sharing this blog post, or the instructions on your own, for your followers!

Pages that already have engagement and generate comments will see less of an impact than pages who post but receive little interaction. So, if you aren't getting much interaction, I would start by suggesting you take a good look at your content - and start asking people to engage! Ask questions about things you post, do contests, post a video on how to create a house fire escape plan and ask your followers to make a video of their own plan and share it in the comments, and the list goes on and on. Honestly, the best way to get engagement is simply to ask for it! Although I need to warn you that making it "click bait" ... aka exaggerated or misleading, won't help.
