Joseph Rubino has been with RB for 33 years. He currently holds the position of Director in Research & Development working on special projects. Prior to this Joe was R&D Director for Equity, Claims and Compliance supporting Lysol, Dettol and Harpic brands. During his time with the company, he has taken on many different functional and managerial responsibilities in R&D including microbiology/virology, product development, consumer sensory science, regulatory compliance, analytical chemistry and clinical testing.
