As a former U.S. Army Captain, Steve has a deep understanding of franchise operations at all levels, specializing in executive leadership, team building, and strategic planning. In addition to his amazing career, Steve actively supports veteran initiatives in the world of franchising. He not only is a member of the International Franchise Association (IFA) Board’s Executive Committee, he was also the past chair of the IFA's VetFran Committee, and the chair of the IFA Foundation’s Board of Trustees. His dedication and commitment don’t stop there, he represents PuroClean at the Capitol, advocating for veterans' rights in franchising and attending meetings with members of Congress on pressing issues related to franchising and he also serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Palm Beach Atlantic University – Titus Center for Franchising.

Steve recently had an opportunity to visit Normandy this past summer and honor fellow veterans during the 80th anniversary of D-Day. During his commitment to helping veterans transition to civilian life and succeed as franchisees. Steve is dedicated to recruiting more veterans and demonstrating how their skills can lead to successful business ownership.
