Mark is an industry Veteran and has been at it since 1974 - currently in his 51st year.

In 50 years of field experience, he has authored 13 textbooks so far, with more coming by April.He is the owner and founder of Restoration Training Services, located in Sacramento Valley, CA area, that services the industry worldwide.

He is one of only 5/6 ISSA' Cleaning Management Master Trainers and an IICRC Approved Instructor for UFT, CCT, CMT since 1996.

Mark is an inventor and patent holder of the PumpOut Shield product - the only device to anchor a pump-out hose to a toilet for safe and legal depositing of wastewater, along with a patent holder of a supercharger for use in wet vacuuming systems in all cleaning and restoration equipment.

He regularly donates technical advice, usually free to all cleaners of all types of issues. He does not represent any brand and instructs generically.
