Jeremy has been performing causation assessments and expert witness testimony pertaining to water damage, fungal growth, and other indoor environmental concerns in the built environment for almost 20 years.

Mr. Beagle is a Board-Certified Industrial Hygienist as well as a Council Certified Moisture Control Consultant and Council Certified Microbial Consultant. He also holds the Water Restoration Technician designation from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

He is the First Vice President of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) and is a Consensus Body Member for the Current IICRC S530 Standard for Indoor Environmental Assessment for Suspected Mold Contaminated Structures.

Mr. Beagle frequently speaks at conferences, workshops, and provides continuing education. Mr. Beagle has authored industry-related articles and most recently published a paper as part of the ASCE Forensic Engineering 9th Congress proceedings.
