With over 48 years in the cleaning and restoration industry, Darren Hudema has built a distinguished career marked by expertise and leadership. His journey includes roles as a technician, water mitigation specialist, project manager, and Director of Operations. Darren owned a successful cleaning and restoration business in British Columbia before transitioning to education with Dri-Eaz Products and later Legend Brands. In 2019, he became the Director of Training and Technical Services at PuroClean, developing training programs for franchise owners and technicians.

Darren holds the prestigious Water Loss Specialist (WLS) designation and the IICRC Triple Master certification. He is known for his technical acumen and engaging teaching style. Darren has published numerous articles and spoken at major industry conferences. His dedication to industry standards is reflected in his roles on various committees and his contributions to developing energy-efficient, mold-resistant building codes.

A devoted family man, Darren enjoys cooking, grilling, and spending time with his family.
