Nick Paolella, co-founder of Jon-Don, passed away February 17, 2022. A legend and giant within the restoration industry, he will be sorely missed. Jon-Don has announced a celebration of life event, which will be held for Paolella Saturday, March 26.

In 1960, Louis founded the first emergency fire and water damage restoration company in Westchester County.

Bob led the company through the transition from a small carpet cleaning company to a fullservice cleaning & restoration supply house known today as Advantage – Experts in Clean with locations in Indiana, Ohio, & Michigan.

A foundational member of the restoration industry. Jim is fondly remembered by those who knew him and especially those who rose in the ranks of the industry alongside him.
