It’s safe to say math was one of my least favorite subjects in school.  Well, as I have discovered over the years and I’m sure you have too… math is required in just about everything we do and there’s no escape.  Fortunately, with just a little effort and minimal math skills, we can use math to save money… and make more money! 

While the use of the internet increases daily, so does the sophistication level of cyber criminals. These criminals are stealing identities, hacking networks, and infecting computers with malware. Many business owners feel they are too small to be a target.

Following our callings is not just a gift; it’s an honor. There are few other industries on earth more committed to others than those who call themselves restorers. Take a moment and think about your “why” – why are you in business? Why did you choose this profession? 

It is true that all entrepreneurs are self-employed, however, not all who are self-employed are entrepreneurs. There is a profound difference between the two. And, not all who are self-employed should try to be entrepreneurs.

Remediation. Mitigation. Abatement. All great words to use with our customers when describing how to eliminate their mold problem. We use all the knowledge gleaned through years of experience and education, reference standards of care, and talk about spore counts.

In an industry dominated by men, it can be an intimidating feat for a woman to step into the service trades.  However, I know from first-hand experience that women are out there who not only desire this career path but excel at it. And we need more of them.

A world full of noise and distraction is at our fingertips. We are so busy watching other peoples’ lives on our screens we’ve forgotten to be present in our own. Just when you think you’re in the zone, being effective - PING, DING, BUZZ - notifications tell you, “look over here, I’ve got something shiny!”
