With 25 years of experience in B2B Media Sales and Marketing, Darlene has excelled during her nearly 10-year tenure at R&R, including 8 years as Associate Publisher. She specializes in digital media solutions and has adeptly used her customer service skills to demonstrate the advantages of digital products provided by BNP Media, guiding customers on how these tools can enhance their businesses beyond traditional media methods. Her proven ability to navigate the evolving media landscape has driven brands to new heights.

As Publisher, Darlene will oversee the editorial direction, strategic planning, and business development of R&R’s media platforms. Her deep understanding of the Restoration industry and dedication to delivering valuable content will be pivotal in guiding the brand forward.

In addition to her Publisher duties, Darlene will manage Sales and Service for R&R and Sales Management for the Experience Events. Before joining BNP Media, she held successful positions at Advanstar Communications, Endeavor Business Media, and Penton Media, where she notably served as the first Online Sales Manager for Industry Week.
