Restoration CrossCheck LLC, a consulting company for restoration contractors, will launch The Strategic Strikes Bootcamp. It describes The Bootcamp as an intensive full-day session designed to accelerate restoration businesses, with a strong focus on custom pricing, adjuster relations and negotiations, collections, and client control.
Assuming the role of “Drill Sergeant,” Ed Cross, will identify the evidence supporting restorers’ rights to customize their prices, and the legal obligations of carriers to refrain from prohibiting customization of prices. The Bootcamp features a presentation on customizing restoration prices by pricing expert Anthony Nelson, the designer of CrossCheck’s Customized Price List Service.
Former Allstate Claims Manager Jeff Taxier will explain the most effective ways to deal with insurance adjusters and offer a behind-the-scenes look into what adjusters are allowed and not allowed to do with restoration invoices.
Senior consultant Mark Pasculli is a veteran restorer, as well as a CPA and attorney, will distinguish facts from myths about generic pricing and carrier influence.
And, Senior Consultant Angela Bajramaj, who was Corporate Counsel for BELFOR for eight years and oversaw its United States collections, will offer strategies for project documentation, AOBs, and collections.
“The Toolbelt Diva,” Norma Vally, will teach how to effectively communicate with and manage customer relationships, with a focus on client control.
