First Onsite, a leading disaster recovery and property restoration company, is expanding its footprint with the addition of a new office in Fort Myers, Florida. The office will be opening its doors in April of 2023.
“Timing couldn’t be better for opening this location,” says Rene Vargas, Regional Vice President for First Onsite. “Hundreds of our clients relied on us during Hurricane Ian, and we’ve opened this permanent location to continue serving our client's needs moving forward.”
Jeremiah Giovanna will act as the General Manager for the Fort Myers office. Jeremiah joins First Onsite with 23 years of restoration experience. His start in this industry was as the owner of a company in Louisville, Kentucky that specialized in commercial and large-loss projects. After he relocated to Southwest Florida, he worked on a number of hurricane responses and has worked across the healthcare, government, higher education, commercial, and multi-family verticals.
“Working in restoration is addicting. Every new job our team takes on is a new challenge, and I appreciate the opportunity to help our clients come back from a property loss,” says Jeremiah. He is excited to take on his role as a General Manager to not only support his clients but to build an incredible team that will work alongside him in Fort Myers. “I’m so excited to watch my team grow. There is so much knowledge I hope to pass on to everyone, and I can’t wait to learn from them too.”
First Onsite is a disaster recovery and property restoration company serving North America and beyond. Their expanding footprint of over 100 locations and 2700 employees has positioned them as an industry leader, handling losses of every scale and size.
