PuroClean recently joined the Tamarac North Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce for the fourth year as title sponsor of its annual PuroClean Classic Golf Tournament, held at the Woodmont Country Club in Tamarac, Florida. This annual event raised a total of $19,000, surpassing its goal by $6,000 as the Chamber wrapped up another successful tournament.
“We are proud to partner once again with the Tamarac North Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce for its annual golf tournament,” said Steve White, PuroClean’s president and chief operating officer. “Putting our name behind an event that not only provides essential resources to hundreds of local businesses in our community but also supports the schools by way of scholarships, grants and educational programs, is something that we are very happy to stand behind.”
The 2022 PuroClean Classic saw a total of 144 players, 21 sponsors and 20 silent auction items. For the fourth consecutive year, PuroClean took the mantle as title sponsor of the event, led by PuroClean Vice Chairman Frank Torre.
Broward County Mayor Michael Udine, Tamarac Mayor Michelle Gomez, and North Lauderdale Commissioner Luke Lewis attended and participated in the tournament, with Gomez playing on a team alongside White and two PuroClean franchise owners. This year, the tournament brought in $19,000 toward supporting the Chamber’s new 501c3 Foundation educational programming and initiatives in the upcoming year.
“We are grateful to our title sponsor PuroClean for once again supporting this amazing event that has become the most popular golf tournament in Broward,” Tamarac North Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Peter Mason said. “We exceeded our goal and couldn’t be more thankful to our volunteers, sponsors and everyone who contributed to make our event a great success for our business community.”
