Trinity Hunt Partners (THP) has created a new, national restoration services company, FLEET Response. This new company will be focused on the residential and light-commercial segments of the restoration services industry, all while aiming to ensure the highest levels of customer service and a people-oriented workplace culture.
FLEET Response currently represents the combination of Dayspring Restoration, Alpha-Omega Disaster Restoration, and Burke’s Restoration, with plans for more companies to join in the coming months.
FLEET Response was created by bringing together leading companies on to an integrated platform, offering clients access to a unified set of restoration solutions. These capabilities inclue:
• Water damage restoration
• Fire and smoke damage restoration
• Mold remediation
• Reconstruction services
“We are excited about not only a new brand, but more importantly the people it represents”, said Dean Murphy, CEO. “Our organization has begun to grow through the addition of several successful companies, consisting of over 100 team members that execute at the highest level for our customers every day. We are creating a 'fleet' of companies that is able to respond on behalf of each community we serve in a timely and effective way.”
The new company was built to become an “Employer, Provider, and Acquirer of Choice” within the restoration services industry, through a demonstrated commitment to strong workplace cultures, customer service, and a positive environment for employees. FLEET Response plans to expand through acquisitions in key hubs across the U.S., led by industry leaders who will provide the tools and resources to develop their region.
“For more than three decades, our team has consistently exceeded the expectations of our customers in the midst of their crises. This has been accomplished by a relentless pursuit of excellence by our talented team members who are wholly committed to each other’s success”, said NW Region President, Mark Springer. “By joining the larger FLEET Response team, these efforts will be amplified in many ways that accentuate our core services and allow us to serve a much larger, national customer base. We look forward to aligning our organization with financial partners and other values-driven restoration operators who thoughtfully engage with our mutual stakeholders.”
Backing FLEET Response is Trinity Hunt Partners (THP), a private equity firm with experience partnering with people-based, service-oriented businesses. Garrett Greer, partner at THP, said, “When we embarked to create a restoration services platform, our goal was to partner with the highest quality operators in the industry. We feel we have achieved that in FLEET Response and with the leadership team that Dean has assembled.” Garrett continued, “We are thrilled to support FLEET as the company continues its rapid growth and develops into a national leader in the industry.”
