Dustin Resendiz, owner of restoration company Rez-Man Services and IICRC instructor, shares his experience training technicians in both English and Spanish, highlighting the importance of hands-on training and the high demand for IICRC instructors – especially those who can offer training outside of the English language. “I totally recommend anyone who’s interested to become an instructor that can speak Spanish or any other language, I totally recommend that you do it because there is plenty of opportunity,” Resendiz said. “There are always new technicians coming in that need that information, that training.” He continued, “Teaching people in their native language – you can just see their eyes light up and they get it. They understand why they’re doing things.”
