MADSKY and CodeBlue, together the leading provider of whole-home restoration and claim management services, have appointed Jennifer Hevelone as Chief Claims Officer. Hevelone will lead the company's inspection and estimating strategy and drive continuous innovation into the firm's virtual inspection process. Leveraging technology, trade-expertise and a flexible resource base, MADSKY and CodeBlue seek to deliver high-integrity and accurate repair vs. replacement decision-making at the front end of the claims process — driving a smoother process to closure.
"We are excited that Jennifer will lead our claims strategy. Providing accurate estimates and high-integrity repair vs. replacement determination service is one of our core objectives. Jennifer's extensive leadership experience in the claim management and customer success areas is invaluable for our vision of continuous innovation in this industry," said Hunter Powell, CEO.
"I am extremely proud to join this team. Being part of an organization that helps our carrier clients deliver on the promises made to their policyholders, in their greatest time of need, is an honor and a privilege. I look forward to leveraging my claims experience to continue to drive excellence in our service delivery to all parties involved in a loss - carriers, contractors, agents, and homeowners," said Jennifer Hevelone.
Hevelone started her career in 1991 as a licensed agent and customer care representative for a top five insurance carrier. She transitioned to the claims space in 1996, where she served in many roles ranging from adjuster, field manager and trainer, to various leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer for a large, nationwide independent adjusting firm where she worked for 22years. Her most recent role was in the insurtech space where she had leadership responsibilities for the customer success teams. Hevelone has a passion for technology implementation in the claims space, believing in the power of innovation to drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
She holds the Associate in General Insurance, Associate in National Flood Insurance, Associate in Claims, and Associate in Claims-Management designations and various state adjuster licenses and carrier-specific certifications.
