North Carolina disaster reconstruction company, RestorePro Reconstruction, recently opened its fourth office in the state in Greensboro. With the addition of the Greensboro office, RestorePro now services two-thirds of the state with a combined total of nearly 100 employees firm-wide.
The company’s rapid growth — unprecedented during a global pandemic and recession — is a direct result of being the premier reconstruction service provider in North Carolina, increased demand for emergency construction services, including water removal and water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration and repairs, and mold remediation, talented leadership, and its unwavering commitment to professional excellence and positive client experiences. In 2020 alone, the firm experienced a 100 percent increase in call volume, with over 50 percent of these service calls from new clients.
“RestorePro is excited to officially enter the Greensboro market, providing disaster restoration services to consumers and commercial clients in the Triad,” stated Ryan Jackson, president of RestorePro. “Our multifamily clients in the Triad area have repeatedly asked us to service the
Greensboro market, and we’re honored to meet their needs. Earlier in 2020, we researched several markets in support of an aggressive and strategic growth plan, and after extensive due diligence and market research, the Greensboro/Triad area was one of top of the potential markets for expansion. The Triad market is a win-win for our clients and RestorePro.”
The Greensboro area’s continued growth in RestorePro’s target vertical markets, positive economic conditions, proximity to the Raleigh headquarters location, built-in demand for reconstruction services, and access to talent all contributed to the firm selecting the Gate City for its newest location.
Clients are already being serviced in the area with several restoration projects that include large, multifamily properties. Andrew Cox — a Greensboro native with 10 years of experience in the industry and nearly 20 years of construction experience — serves as operations manager for the Greensboro office. Jason Storey — a 20-year insurance and loss/claim experience veteran — serves as account executive, overseeing sales and client relationships across RestorePro’s Triad footprint. Both Cox and Storey were strategic hires and brought on-board due to their unique knowledge of the market, client base, and industry.
“Andrew knows the Triad market inside and out. He’s a highly respected leader in the restoration construction industry, and I’m excited to see the impact RestorePro will have in Greensboro and the local community under his leadership,” stated Jackson.
The Greensboro office covers the entire Triad region, including Winston-Salem, High Point, Asheboro, Mount Airy, and Lexington and is slated to grow by an astounding 550 percent in 2021.
RestorePro’s talented and dedicated team proudly serves government, commercial, and residential clients across the greater Raleigh/Chapel Hill, the greater Fayetteville, Charlotte, Rock Hill, South Carolina, and now greater Greensboro/Winston-Salem/High Point area markets. Since its inception, the company has differentiated itself on exceptional service, personal and professional excellence, and responsiveness to client needs, as evident by being the highest consumer-rated disaster construction firm on Google based on responsiveness and customer service.
Future growth plans for RestorePro extend into 2021 with the addition of a new office coming online in Tennessee in early 2021.
