Sedgwick, a leading global provider of technology-enabled risk, benefits and integrated business solutions, will unveil Sightline, a new software platform developed to connect direct repair contractors, administrators and users, at this year’s Insights conference.
Providing a line of sight into assignments in Sedgwick’s managed repair network, the Sightline technology platform offers contractors, clients and property owners a view into the status of claims in process, construction updates and progress schedules.
Sightline will be demonstrated at this year’s Insights conference, which is hosted annually by Sedgwick’s repair solutions team and is the property damage restoration industry’s most exclusive event, bringing together over 1,000 industry professionals. The Insights conference will be held March 12-14 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland.
Bringing together leading industry specialists, the Insights conference will feature innovative training courses, which will be led by world-renowned experts in their respective fields. Within the most extensive trade show and exhibition floors in the property restoration industry, attendees will be granted unlimited access to networking and educational advancement opportunities throughout.
“Insights will offer property damage restoration specialists a unique opportunity to hear from leading experts and put their advice directly into practice. We are truly excited to showcase Sightline, which has been a work in progress for the past year and currently services over 90% of our contractors,” said Ed Reis, president of Sedgwick’s repair solutions division. “We look forward to spearheading another Insights conference and are fully committed to making this another exceptional educational experience.”
Insights’ keynote speaker this year is Joshua Medcalf, the founder of Train 2B Clutch and author of Chop Wood Carry Water and Pound the Stone. Stan Hayes, CEO at Operation BBQ, will also host a session on philanthropic opportunities for those in the industry. Operation BBQ helps feed displaced residents during weather catastrophes. Additionally, many exciting hands-on workshops and training sessions specifically for property restoration specialists and general contractors will take place.
