Next Gear Solutions, developer of the leading job management software solution in the restoration industry, will host its inaugural user conference, Next Gear Solutions CONNECT, at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans, LA, January 13 – 16, 2019.

Next Gear Solutions CONNECT User Conference will offer tailored tracks specific to each role within a restoration company, including Finance and Accounting, Admin and Coordinator, Field Technician, Project Manager and Estimator, Sales and Marketing, General Manager, and Owner. The leadership team and product specialists from Next Gear will lead CONNECT tracks and sessions with years of industry knowledge and coach every key role how to run a restoration business. CONNECT is designed to encourage attendees to engage each other and share their own best practices within their role-based tracks.

Garret Gray, Founder and CEO of Next Gear Solutions, will open the conference with a keynote address that will cover: how the restoration industry has evolved, how Next Gear technology has evolved with it, and how to take advantage of CONNECT to build a stronger business.

“I am so excited for our first ever user conference. I can’t wait to share Next Gear’s insights with our client community at this unique event in New Orleans,” says Garret Gray, Founder and CEO of Next Gear Solutions. “The tailored track sessions and networking opportunities offered at CONNECT will allow attendees to trade best practices and to learn how to leverage technology to drive their business forward.”

On top of the role-based tracks throughout each day of the conference, CONNECT will offer a full trade show and networking experience, showcasing top vendors from the restoration industry in the exhibitor hall. CONNECT is also IICRC CE approved and will offer attendees the ability to earn 14 IICRC CE credits, which is enough to cover up to four years of continuing education requirements.

Jesse Herrera, President of Carrier Solutions at Next Gear Solutions, will host an Insurance Carrier Roundtable with representatives from Farmers Insurance and Liberty Mutual Insurance. This panel will focus on sharing perspectives on what carriers and contractors can do to better serve the evolving needs of the homeowner, including technology solutions.

“The Insurance Carrier Roundtable is designed to facilitate conversations between insurance carriers and contractors striving to improve the property claims and home restoration experience,” says Jesse Herrera, President of Carrier Solutions at Next Gear. “It is a unique opportunity to have carriers and contractors in one room, in this type of setting, and I look forward to an engaging conversation about how they can collaborate to better serve the needs of their mutual customer—the homeowner.”
