Adding to its impressive list of 2018 accolades, PuroClean — a leading restoration and remediation franchise — has been named a Top 100 Game-Changer Franchise by Franchise Dictionary.
Franchise Dictionary, an online resource that equips potential franchise owners with industry knowledge and advice from expert personalities from around the franchise world, organized a list of game-changer franchises to celebrate the brands that are doing an exceptional job making a difference. After reviewing hundreds of franchise brands, Franchise Dictionary narrowed its list to the Top 100 based on the following criteria:
- Filling a niche in the market
- Raising the bar on service
- Helping the community
- Creating opportunity for aspiring business owners
- Turning heads with a unique product
While meeting the criteria, PuroClean was especially recognized for its ability to create jobs and make business ownership more accessible.
“This is a great honor, and we’re excited for PuroClean to be named a Top 100 Game-Changer Franchise by Franchise Dictionary,” said PuroClean Chairman and CEO Mark W. Davis. “One of our mantras at PuroClean is ‘99 percent equals zero.’ That means it’s our mission to make sure our clients are 100 percent satisfied with our services, will use us again, and refer us with passion immediately.”
“Additionally, one of the aspects of our business that helps us be a game-changer is our vast experience in commercial property damage restoration. We help our franchise owners learn how to do commercial jobs which helps to differentiate them in their own market over their competition,” Davis added.
Each year, PuroClean performs over 50,000 jobs throughout the United States and Canada, providing restoration services from common household mishaps to large-scale disasters. The company currently has a comprehensive network of more than 260 franchise offices around North America that provide fire and smoke damage remediation, water damage remediation, flood water removal, mold removal and biohazard cleanup, among other services. Many of the offices also offer reconstruction services.
PuroClean expects to see strong growth numbers in the next two years with the anticipated addition of 100 new franchises by the end of 2020. Markets that will see a targeted development push include California’s Bay Area; Philadelphia, PA; Albuquerque, NM; Detroit and Lansing, MI; and Boston, MA.
“In the past four years, PuroClean has seen steady unit growth, as well as 85 percent revenue growth,” said Steve White, President and Chief Operating Officer. White added that these developments are a testament to the company’s ranking as a game-changer franchise. “Our high-quality training, company culture, partnerships with national insurance carriers, PuroVet program, and brand standards all contribute to our company growth and the prestigious recognition given to us by Franchise Dictionary.”
