Meg Boyle, longtime co-owner of Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of Southeast and Fox Valley Wisconsin, has been named a Milwaukee Business Journal Women of Influence winner, according to a press release. Boyle was recognized in the Family Business category among 28 outstanding business women in a variety of honoree groups from throughout Milwaukee and the surrounding areas.
Nominated by Allan Degner, Paul Davis’ Director of Marketing, Boyle’s recognition was based on an online submission with an outline about the businesswoman’s professional and personal accomplishments. The information included a brief history about Boyle’s family construction business with her five siblings and father, Oscar J. Druml, who owned The Druml Company in Milwaukee for more than 40 years while the entire family lived and breathed the business, including every night at the dinner table. Focusing on construction best practices, business management and community support, the family firm made a powerful impact. Boyle’s role at Paul Davis includes serving as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President. She is responsible for all business operations and related projects. For more than 23 years, Boyle’s vision, values and vivacity has helped to propel the company to top rankings in sales volume among the Paul Davis franchise network of more than 370 locally-owned offices in the US and Canada.
Boyle also holds the position as Chief Financial Officer for Paul Davis National, the franchise network’s large loss office. She assumed this position at the inception of the company in 2005. She is also a Paul Davis National board member and is on the executive team while coordinating nationwide mobilizations with trucks, equipment and hundreds of employees at a moment’s notice during catastrophes and disasters.
