June 7, 2011 - Farmington Hills, Michigan based UrthTech announced a new partnership between their UrthPRO brand and The Mold Help Organization founder Susan Lillard today in an effort to build awareness for the often overlooked mold remediation and water damage restoration industries. Susan will lend her expertise from years of research and experience as the official blogger for urthpro.com.
Ms. Lillard is the current director of The Mold Help Organization-a non-profit corporation that assists, educates, advocates, advises, counsels and refers people whose lives are impacted by the effects of mold poisoning and recognize systemic fungal disease as a national health crisis. Susan’s passion comes from a personal run-in with toxic mold syndrome in 2000. “I experienced the loss of my health, home, and the health of my family members after I was afflicted with systemic fungal disease” she explains. In 2001 after recovering, Susan began researching the pandemic mold problem and developed The Mold Help Organization so she could help others.
“We’re very excited to have someone with Susan’s passion and personality joining our team” says Robert George Jr., president of UrthTech. “We look forward to her representing our UrthPRO brand in a positive way, and hope UrthTech can help afford her the opportunity to share her knowledge and experience with people who are affected by mold, whether it be their health, home or otherwise”.
