Evans Garment Restoration’s Elkridge, Maryland, location has been named a recipient of the 2010 Crawford Contractor Connection Excellence in Achievement Award. This is the Maryland location’s second Excellence in Achievement Award, having been honored previously in 2008. The award will be presented at the 2011 Contractor Connection conference in San Diego, CA, in May.

The Crawford Contractor Connection Excellence in Achievement Award recognizes the top contractors in each district of Crawford’s national network. It is based on overall excellence measured by time to estimate, customer service scores, professionalism in communication, cooperation and overall performance measurement scores.

“We’re honored and proud to have received this award again,” said franchise owner Chip Cunningham. “We work hard to maintain consistently high marks for our work and customer service. Our patented processes make our work different and better than traditional dry cleaning and ozone room methods. Our people make that difference even bigger, and this award recognizes not just the improved process times and success rates as compared to conventional approaches, but the quality of the people and systems that deliver them.”
