Evans Garment Restoration announces the grand re-opening of its plant at 78 Marion Beavers Road in Sharpsburg, Ga. Specializing exclusively in the restoration of textiles, clothing and soft goods damaged by soot, smoke, water and mold, the 18,000 square foot facility has recently re-opened and is serving the entire state of Georgia and portions of Alabama and Tennessee.
The plant is under the new ownership of Reese Johnson, who has many years of industry experience serving the Atlanta market.
“I bought an Evans franchise,” says Johnson, “because I wanted a system that would allow me to provide the best level of service to the industry. Textile, garment and soft goods restoration is all Evans does and they have the industry’s only patented process that successfully restores 92-93% of all the items processed, which is twice as many as the typical dry cleaner that performs restoration. That means that I can save insurers a lot of money and close claims faster with a lot less hassle.”
