Next Gear Solutions, makers of DASH management software, introduces a few new team members.

Vice President of Sales Elizabeth Durand comes to Next Gear with 18 years of sales and key account management experience, including 7 years in the technology and training industries. Elizabeth brings her knowledge of technology sales, corporate structure, and development of start-up companies to Next Gear Solutions.

Project Manager Ted Nitz brings over 15 years of experience in IT research, development, and project management in the insurance technology industry. With his experience Ted will expedite Next Gear’s time-to-market for product enhancements.

Implementation Specialist Michelle Brunson comes to Next Gear with several years of IT support and training experience and over 10 years in customer service. She has worked for both large corporations and in smaller privately owned businesses across three different continents. With her experience and friendly personality she will provide top notch support and extensive training for DASH users.

Multimedia Specialist Ken Brunson joins the Next Gear team with 11 years experience as a multimedia specialist. He also has extensive experience designing for major advertising firms. Ken’s expertise in Flash and other design software bring a creative touch both to DASH’s training program and to Next Gear’s overall image
