DOYLESTOWN, PA, January 15, 2008 – With only a month to go before the National Demolition Association’s 35th Anniversary Convention in Las Vegas February 24-27, the Association is expecting to surpass all exhibitor and attendee records this year, according to Michael R. Taylor, CAE, Executive Director.
“While our convention is always the largest exhibition of demolition equipment and services in the world, we think this year will be our most successful ever.”
Backing up his prediction is the fact that the Association has already booked nearly all of the expanded 90,000 sq. ft. of The Mirage’s Event Center. In addition, the show’s NASCAR theme, with keynote speaker NASCAR driver Kyle Petty, is drawing in many first-time attendees to the convention.
A new offer of a free delegate registration worth $650 to any new or existing member company which has never attended a convention before is also helping grow the rolls of show attendees, Taylor noted. The free registration covers both the attendee and their spouse and includes the cost for all speakers, seminars, a gala cocktail reception, the Monday night NASCAR theme party, and the Annual Banquet. “We’re getting a tremendous response to this offer,” he said.
