Global Disaster Recovery expanded from its origins of carpet cleaning to a full service residential restoration company. By 1980 it was serving the education market and expanded work offerings to business and industry. Additionally, the company developed the National Catastrophic First Response Team, more fondly known as GDR CAT, in the early 1990s, leading the growing need of qualified, professional first responders for national disasters like hurricanes, tornadoes, fires and floods.
“Getting the word out about our desires to grow our company and expand our offerings is probably our most important goal,” Director of Operations Aaron Foreman said. “Being direct and to the point, we will work with anybody, on any project, at any location, anytime. We are a ‘one-stop shop’ providing every aspect of restoration service or technology available.”
